Jon A. Lewis, Managing Partner of Alexander Lewis, an Optîmance
company, established the firm in 1999 and manages the business
development, client management, strategic growth, and search
execution for the company.
Previously during his nearly twenty year search career, Lewis
served as Managing Partner for TASA International in Dallas,
that later became TMP Executive Search, now Hudson Highland,
conducting senior level searches for clients in multiple industries
to include financial services, telecom, consumer goods, venture
capital and foodservice. Lewis continues to expand his practice
with work being conducted in the manufacturing, media and energy
community.
Prior to joining TMP executive Search in 1993, Lewis served
as National Sales Manager for the mortgage banking subsidiary
of The Traveler’s Insurance Company from 1990 to 1993.
Previous to Traveler’s, Lewis served in various capacities
with Paul R. Ray & Company in Dallas from 1985 to 1990.
Lewis is active with The Association of The Executive Search
Consultants, Time for Dallas, the Greater Dallas Chamber, The
Rotary Club of Dallas, Greater Dallas FCA and the Highland Park
Dads Club.
